Orders and Returns

If you are unsatisfied or experiencing issues with any product purchased from de Boer’s Golf Shop and Fitting Centre, please contact one of our customer service representatives. In all cases we will make our best effort to satisfy our customers’ needs by providing a full refund, exchange or return. 

Products without receipt will be returned as store credit or available for in store exchange All products purchased within 30 days are eligible for return or exchange, if in re-sellable condition, with a valid receipt. It will be the customer service representatives discretion as to if the product can be resold for original amount. 

Products purchased online can be returned at de Boer’s Golf Shop and Fitting Centre or via mail, in which case the customer will be responsible for return shipping. Refunds for online purchases will be made within 7 business days of de Boer’s Golf Shop and Fitting Centre receiving the returned product.

Warranty on damaged products, broken products and/or manufacturer defects will need to be assessed by manufacturers. Most manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, which will be assessed and honored by said manufacturer. 

de Boer’s Golf Shop and Fitting Centre will also work to support the customer when dealing with warranty or damaged products and keep you informed during the process.
